I would like to thank Connie Richards, Tammy Amlong, Ana and all the staff & maintenence workers at Rent Sunny Florida Rentals. Their courteous staff, dedication, and professionalism was and always will be greatly appreciated. They were always a phone call or an email away to help me with managing & booking my Orlando, Florida penthouse on a daily to monthly basis. They kept my unit booked very close to full capacity monthly, which was the FIRST out of 3 other companies who could not compare!! Rent Sunny Florida sent my rental check to me on time each month with a statement & envelope hand written by Connie herself. I was always excited to see her handwritten envelope & Rent Sunny Florida Signature label in my mail!

Any time a renter had a problem in my unit the RSF maintenance team were right there to fix the problem. Connie, Tammey, & Ana were always available with any questions the renter, potential renter or I had in resolving a problem, any booking questions, directions, access information to my gated community, deposit & payment information or when buying discounted tickets to Disney, Sea World, Epcot or any event, restaurant or location.

The website RentSunnyFlorida.com was so beautifully designed for vacationers looking to rent a property, buy event tickets, etc., as well as the property owners who wanted to keep track of their properties being booked and rented month to month. It was so easy to use and so easy to access.

Their management monthly fee was very fair and they never took advantage when something in my unit needed to be repaired or replaced. I trusted them fully to charge me a fair and reasonable amount and that it would be done in a expedient manner to satisfy me and the renter, and that it would not interfere, stress or ruin the renter's vacation plans. The unit was always cleaned by the RSF cleaning staff after each renters stay and I never received one complaint of the cleanliness of my unit.

I can't thank Connie, Tammy & Ana enough!!! They were all so great to work with after trying to find the right management team for so long. They were the best I have found and would not go anywhere else. They have become like family to me.

I have sold my penthouse unit but being with them for the 4 years I have, I had the best experience ever!!

I will not hesitate to go back to RSF, Connie and her staff if I buy in Orlando, Fl again, or their other management locations.
